Daniel Dalla Rosa

Meet Daniel, the Clinic Owner, Director, and a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) / Osteopath at Kinetic Impressions Injury Rehabilitation & Fitness Centre.
His profound passion for sports and healthcare led to the establishment of the center. Daniel holds memberships with reputable organizations such as CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario), RMTAO (Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario), CSMTA (Canadian Sports Massage Therapists Association), and ACMA (Canadian Alliance of Alternative Medicine).
Working closely with athletes from League 1 Ontario Soccer, OPDL, NHL, European Soccer Clubs, and NCAA varsity athletes and Olympic athletes, Daniel is dedicated to providing personalized fitness, rehabilitation, and injury prevention programs. Drawing from current scientific literature and high-quality objective-based treatment outcomes, he ensures that patients and athletes perform optimally in their respective sports. Daniel has further expanded his expertise by completing the McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture course, offering neurofunctional acupuncture and dry needling as additional services.
Believing in a holistic approach, Daniel combines hands-on techniques, targeted exercises, and modalities to not only treat and manage pain but also prevent recurring injuries. His focus is on optimizing movement and facilitating a swift return to peak performance for every patient and athlete.

Emely Zuniga
Registered Massage Therapist | Injury Rehabilitation Specialist | Neurofunctional Acupuncture Provider
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Sheridan College, Emely pursued her passion for healthcare by completing her Diploma in Massage Therapy at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and an active member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
As a Sports Registered Massage Therapist, Emely is dedicated to helping individuals recover from injury, improve mobility, and achieve their performance goals. With her strong background in kinesiology and rehabilitation, she has a particular interest in treating sports-related injuries, musculoskeletal dysfunctions, and movement impairments.
To provide truly comprehensive, results-driven care, Emely also completed the McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program. When appropriate, she incorporates neurofunctional acupuncture and dry needling into her treatments to address the root cause of pain and dysfunction.

Dr. Antonio Petrolo
Sports Specialist Chiropractor
Dr. Antonio Petrolo is a Sports Sciences Specialist and chiropractor dedicated to helping patients move better, recover faster, and achieve their personal health and performance goals. He graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with Summa Cum Laude and Clinical Honours distinctions, reflecting his commitment to academic and clinical excellence.
In 2023, Dr. Petrolo completed the prestigious Sports Sciences Residency Program, where he conducted sports-related research and contributed to the education and mentorship of chiropractic students. As a member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO) and the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (RCCSS), he remains actively engaged in advancing his clinical knowledge and delivering evidence-informed care.
Although Dr. Petrolo has extensive experience working with high-performance athletes, his passion extends far beyond the sporting world. He believes every patient deserves exceptional care, regardless of their age, activity level, or occupation. Through comprehensive assessments and a personalized approach to treatment, he helps patients identify the root cause of their concerns and develop a clear path toward recovery.

Yaniv Mikhailov
Resident Physiotherapist
Yaniv is a dedicated and compassionate resident physiotherapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals recover from injury, enhance mobility, and maximize overall performance. With a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s in Physiotherapy from McMaster University, he brings a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise to his practice.
Yaniv takes an evidence-based, movement-centered approach to care, specializing in musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and injury prevention. With his background of being a varsity athlete, Yaniv tailors customized rehabilitative exercise programs and treatment plans for his patients and athletes by understanding the importance of muscle recovery to keep them performing their best.
His treatment strategies integrate therapeutic exercises, hands-on manual therapy, and performance-driven interventions utilizing state-of-the art modalities, tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Yaniv is passionate about empowering patients to regain strength, restore function, and build confidence, so they can thrive in their daily activities and achieve their physical goals.

Abigail Nguyen
Certified Athletic Therapist
Abigail is a dedicated Athletic Therapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College. She has extensive experience working in high-performance and collegiate sport environments, supporting athletes and teams through injury prevention, rehabilitation, and return-to-play care. Her background includes working with organizations such as the Ottawa Redblacks, St. Andrew’s College, Upper Canada College, the University of Toronto Mississauga, League1 Ontario, and the Ontario Player Development League (OPDL).
As an Emergency Medical Responder and active member of the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA), Abigail combines evidence-based treatment with a patient-centered approach. While her experience includes working with athletes in football, basketball, soccer, hockey, volleyball, and lacrosse, she is passionate about helping individuals of all ages and activity levels move better, recover from injury, and live healthier lives.
Abigail believes that treatment goes beyond addressing symptoms. She focuses on identifying the root cause of pain, educating patients about their bodies, and creating personalized treatment plans that support long-term health and performance. Her approach integrates manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, therapeutic exercise, and strength and conditioning principles to help patients build confidence, prevent future injuries, and achieve their goals.

Nicholas Maio
Certified Athletic Therapist
Nicholas Maio is a Certified Athletic Therapist who holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Applied Health Science from Sheridan College. His extensive experience in healthcare allows him to specialize in injury rehabilitation from all levels of activity, general population to high-performance athletes. Nicholas has worked along side many sporting organizations such as Humber College Varsity Athletics, League1 Ontario, the Ontario Player Development League (OPDL), and St. Michael’s College School.
Nicholas has worked across a variety of sports, including soccer, volleyball, hockey, and basketball, supporting athletes of all levels, from youth players to professionals. His treatment philosophy is rooted in collaboration and empowerment, tailoring care to the specific needs of each individual. Whether working with athletes, professionals, or members of the general population, Nicholas strives to optimize recovery, prevent injuries, and enhance overall performance.
Nicholas is a certified First Responder and an active member of the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA), bringing both expertise and dedication to every aspect of his practice.
What sets Nicholas apart is his comprehensive approach to care, combining evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of functional movement. Celia Palombella
Certified Athletic Therapist
Celia is a dedicated professional who holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph-Humber. Building on her passion for sports-related injuries and the training of high-performance athletes, she pursued further education by completing the Athletic Therapy Degree Program at Sheridan College.
Drawing on her profound love for sports and fitness, Celia has honed her skills in creating specialized injury rehabilitation exercise programs for her patients, while also guiding clients towards their fitness goals. With a comprehensive understanding of on-site medical coverage and first aid, she has enhanced her therapeutic abilities. Celia’s involvement in various leagues across a wide range of sports has provided her with valuable insights into the unique movements and functions of athletes’ bodies.
Celia’s expertise extends to working with teams, where she conducts fitness testing and develops periodized exercise programs for athletes at all levels of competition. Her experience includes collaborating with OPDL and League 1 soccer athletes, assisting them in achieving peak performance at the elite level. Celia’s commitment to the field is evident through her continuous pursuit of excellence in sports therapy and fitness.

Martina Kacan
Clinical Assistant | Physiotherapy Student
Martina earned her Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from University of Toronto and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the same institution.
With a lifelong passion for fitness, movement, and helping others achieve their goals, Martina is dedicated to promoting health through evidence-based exercise and rehabilitation. During her undergraduate studies, she completed extensive coursework in sport science, clinical movement sciences, and research methods, while earning additional certifications that further enhanced her understanding of human performance, injury prevention, and recovery.
Martina has gained valuable hands-on experience in both athletic and clinical environments. Her experience includes providing sideline coverage and support for AAA hockey teams competing in the Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL) and Ontario Player Development League (OPDL) programs. These opportunities have strengthened her skills in injury assessment, athlete support, and return-to-play management.
She is passionate about person-centred, exercise-based rehabilitation and believes in empowering individuals through movement to improve function, build confidence, and enhance overall quality of life. Whether working with athletes returning to sport or individuals seeking to move and feel better in their daily lives, Martina is committed to delivering compassionate, individualized care that helps each person reach their full potential.

Alice Sleiman
Clinical Assistant | Massage Therapy Student
Alice brings a strong foundation in kinesiology and strength and conditioning to her evidence-informed approach to healthcare.
She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion, and is certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is currently completing her Massage Therapy education at Humber College, where she continues to develop her ability to integrate strength and conditioning principles with hands-on therapeutic care to support performance, recovery, injury prevention, and long-term physical function.
Alice’s clinical approach is rooted in biomechanics, movement science, and evidence-based practice. Through her education, clinical training, experience working within multidisciplinary healthcare settings, and providing sideline medical coverage in athletic environments, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of musculoskeletal health and rehabilitation. She values individualized treatment, recognizing that every patient has unique goals and physical demands, whether related to sport, work, or everyday activities, with the goal of providing consistency in training & rehabilitation, with a patient-centred approach. By maintaining these values, Alice aids her clients/patients to return to the activities they love, optimally and pain-free.
